This chair had the best reviews so I took a chance and bought it. I sit in it ever day and use the leg raise. I don't need the left feature, but it works well. The massage and heat are very good. It comes with a pillow that I use for extra lumbar support. It's not leather and I live in the south, so sometimes the upholstery doesn't have the softness that leather does, however, you can put something over the arms if that is an issue. It probably wouldn't bother most people. It came in two boxes. The one with the motor is quite heavy as I think it weighs close to 100 pounds. My son got it into the house and put it together by himself, but ideally, use two people. I really like the chair. I've had it for 6 months and so far, so good.
